Ideally, yes — either via phone (01306 884444), email (info@jenhamsclinic.co.uk), or online booking. Alternative times and short notice appointments can be arranged by request. We also endeavour to provide a walk-in-service if at all possible.

What travel health services do you provide?
- Comprehensive travel consultations

How early should I book before traveling?
It’s best to schedule your appointment at least 6–8 weeks before departure, especially when multiple vaccine doses are required. Same-day or short notice bookings are sometimes possible.
Is there a consultation fee?
Yes — there is a £20 fee for an in-person travel consultation. This fee is waived if you receive any vaccines during that visit. For group bookings, the charge applies only once if vaccinations aren’t administered to everyone.
Do you provide Yellow Fever services?
Yes — Jenhams is a registered Yellow Fever Vaccination Centre, offering both vaccination and the official International Certificate of Vaccination or exemption certificate.
Can you prescribe anti-malarial medication?
Absolutely — Jenhams offers tailored malaria prevention advice and can provide private prescriptions based on destination and medical history.
Can children or pregnant women be vaccinated?
Yes — vaccinations are available for children and pregnant women, subject to individual medical suitability. This will be discussed during your consultation.
What travel or non-travel products are available?
Jenhams has an in-clinic Travel Shop stocked with essentials such as:
