Ethnicity

Height and Weight
Eligibility for a weight loss injection relies on Body Mass Index (BMI) thresholds. BMI is calculated using your weight and height.
The following conditions are often weight related and may be improved as a result of losing weight. If you do have any one of these conditions, the threshold BMI for consideration of treatment is reduced to 27 or greater. Please select any relevant conditions:
Dis-Qualifying Conditions
These conditions can lead to serious complications when losing weight or taking weight loss medications. You are unlikely to be eligible to purchase a weight loss injection and we recommend a separate consultation with one of our doctors.
